a) The Roger Touchscreen 3 is now able to install an unlimited number of Roger Direct (02) receivers into compatible Phonak hearing aids - non Phonak hearing aids can keep using Roger X receivers
b) There is a new improved menu structure
c) The brightness of the mute light is now adjustable
Compatibility with other Roger products eg Passaround Mic, DigiMasters etc. & previous Touchcreen Mics is unchanged and the same spares and accessories can be used.

The Touchsceen mic 3 wirelessly transmits a speakers voice directly to the receiver, offering speech-in-noise improvements.

Designed to be used in education, the Roger Touchscreen Mic 3 maintains a modern, stylish appearance as well as excellent durability. It also has an easy-to-use, intuitive interface with touchscreen, indicator light and handy icons for quick access to Roger functions.

Roger Touchscreen Mic 3 features include:

Automatic microphone function conveniently switches from an individual speaker to a small group interaction mode, based on the orientation of the device allowing students and teachers to keep up with the ever-changing learning environments.

The Roger Touchscreen Mic is compatible with almost every hearing instrument, cochlear implant and bone-anchored hearing device via an appropriate receiver. It also allows multiple receivers and microphones to be connected in a network with simple touch commands.

Non Phonak Roger Direct hearing aids will require a Roger X receiver & direct input shoe.

Using the Roger Touchscreen Mic and Roger Receivers
Using advanced Roger Touchscreen Mic network options

  Support tip: A blue light around the mute button means that the Touchscreen Mic has lost contact with the primary transmitter in the network.  So this means that it has been previously connected to another transmitter.  The solution is to select “ NewNet” in the menu.  This deletes all the network connections, so you can start again.

International warranty for Phonak equipment purchased for use outside of the UK.

Phonak offers a one-year limited international warranty, valid as of the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty only comes into force if proof of purchase is shown.

For customers using Phonak equipment outside the UK, in the unlikely event that your equipment requires repair it may be returned directly to your local Phonak service centre
