The Bernafon Soundclip-A is many things in one. It turns compatible hearing aids into a high quality, wireless headset for hands-free calls and listening to music or podcasts in stereo. It works with any modern smartphone, music player or computer. It is a wireless, remote microphone. And it is also remote control.
The Soundclip-A is only compatible with Bernafon Alpha XT, Alpha, Encanta, Viron, Leox and Zerena hearing aids.

This cutting-edge streaming protocol places Soundclip-A ahead
of the pack, allowing a much broader frequency bandwidth than
classic Bluetooth. Bluetooth low energy is also the technology that
enables Soundclip-A to stream sound to both ears, and keeps battery

Very easy to setup with my Oticon Exchange aids and Android phone. Sound quality is superb as well. A fairly expensive item, but worth it if you want to stream sound from your phone.
