3.5mm stereo right angled blue plug to 1 metre V lead with two hearing aid 3 pin europlug direct input plugs.
This Blue plugged lead allows a pair of hearing aids with a direct input facility to 'listen' in stereo directly to any equipment with a 3.5mm personal stereo headphone socket. It's the perfect way to get high quality sound when listening to recorded music on your phone, iPod or an other music device.
Please note -
with Oticon hearing aids the listening volume using a personal
stereo direct input lead can be quiet. Therefore, if you
have an Oticon hearing aid, we recommend that you should use an
fmGenie direct input
lead.
1 metre blue plugged personal stereo V lead for 2 hearing aids ( DPV1M? )

It's tricky to know how to review something like this. On the one hand, direct input into hearing aids via an audio shoe makes for surprisingly good quality sound. I have Siemens Impact Pro hearing aids (NHS issue) - and the sound quality via direct input is MUCH better than I can get from Siemens' £400 wireless streaming device. It's also far from easy to find anywhere else on the 'Net that sells a cable like this; the plug at hearing-aid end is not a standard audio plug, and most audio cables are not attenuated in the way that it needs to be (and using a non-attenuated cable may cause damage to hearing aids or even to your hearing). Having said all of that... this is grotesquely overpriced for a couple of pieces of wire and a couple of audio plugs; it probably costs about £1 to make. It's very stupidly designed, with the cable branching in two near the jack-plug and swinging around as two separate wires for most of its length, when clearly the two wires should stay stuck together until it gets close to your chin, in the way that ear-bud headphone leads are. Also, as far as I can tell, there is no shielding on the wire, so that any electrical interference is picked up and mixed in with the signal; even cheap audio cables usually have at least some shielding to prevent this. So: the end result is desirable, and hard to achieve another way; but it should be either far cheaper, or far better quality at the same price. Connevans comment: Thank you for your review. As you correctly say it is a specialist product that is not widely available: even the cable is manufactured to our specification. The price reflects the nature of a specialist product manufactured in small numbers. For your information the leads we now make ourselves are actually lower in price than the ones we used to buy in.
