Also, please note that with the DSIEB, DSIEC, DSIEE, DSIEF, DSIEH, DSIEN, DSIEO and DSIEP audio input shoes which are identical, except for the colour coded contact covers, if you need to replace a broken shoe, any of these shoes will work with any of their listed aids - you would need to reuse the appropriate contact cover from the original shoe.
